Announcing...A New Service!!

Bride and Groom Photo Sessions Are Now Available!!

These photo sessions are just for the bride and groom. You'll have the opportunity to get all dressed up in your wedding attire (if you want) and get some great pictures of you two together. These pictures can be very formal, relaxed and fun, or some of both if that's what you prefer...it's entirely up to you. We'll find a great location and make it a great time for you.

Why should we do something like this you ask?

There could be many reasons...maybe you're having a short civil ceremony and you won't have the chance to get any formal photos, maybe you didn't have (or aren't having) a photographer at your wedding for whatever reason, or maybe the photographer you did have just didn't do a very good job, or maybe you simply want more pictures of you together.

Whatever your reason...here's your chance. You can schedule your session for the day after your wedding so all your wedding attire is still ready to go, or you can choose pretty much any time you like...it's completely up to you. (based on my availability of course)

If you'd like to schedule a session, or if you just have questions, please feel free to contact me and we'll talk about your ideas and needs and get something scheduled for you.

I look forward to working with you.

Gillian and Dylan

Warm weather and a beautiful blue sky helped make for a great wedding day. Add in a bride and groom in love, families and friends to help you celebrate, and you have all the ingredients for a perfect event. Their ceremony was at St. John Vianney's in Mentor, a quick stop at the Cleveland Museum of Art for some photographs and then on to the reception at St. Noels in Willoughby Hills.

Kevin and Katy

The day began with the groom walking to the church surrounded by his groomsmen. Yup...Kevin is somewhere in the middle of that crowd of black tuxedo's. Next came a wonderful ceremony at St. Mark's Catholic Church, a trip to Rocky River Park for some photos and then to Windows on the River for a great reception...and of course a few minutes spend outside making sure we got a photo of the new husband and wife sharing a kiss under the watchful eye of the Cleveland skyline.

Amber and Zach

It was a beautiful day in Marblehead...75 degrees and sunny with a nice breeze coming off the lake. If you add a bride and groom who never stop smiling and enjoying themselves...you have the makings of a great wedding. They got married at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, and had their reception under a massive tent under the trees just up the road. And yes...as the photograph below shows...they had a huge bridal party.

Olivia and Aaron

Even the off and on rain that kept up all day didn't keep this bride and groom from smiling and having a great time. Their ceremony was at the First Congregational Church of Ravenna, and their reception was at the American Legion Hall in Kent.

Night Lights

We did something a little bit different for this portrait session. We went to downtown Cleveland one evening after dark and used only the lights that we found...street lights, lampposts, neon lights, whatever was handy. No flash, no reflectors, just the ambient light that illuminates a city at night.

And while this type of moody and romantic imagery won't appeal to every couple, Alexandra and Cameron loved their pictures, and it shows what can be done with a little imagination.

Danielle and Dennis

Their wedding ceremony was a small, intimate affair held outside at the Chatwick Arboretum, on the campus of Ohio State University. After which they had their reception at The Venue At Smith Brothers, near downtown Columbus. And as the third image shows...the groom is in fact checking to be sure his cellphone is turned off at the request of the minister...and everyone had a good laugh.

Kelly and Rocco

They had their wedding ceremony at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Strongsville, and their reception at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Cleveland...along with a stop at Edgewater State Park for some photographs. Combine a happy bride who smiled the entire day, a dashing groom who so obviously loved his new bride, beautiful venues and weather...and you have the makings of a memorable day.

The Engagement Session of Jaci and Harvey

I went on a bit of a road trip for this engagement session...all the way to Put-In-Bay. It's one of their favorite places to go, and it's where they met, so it was a great place to shoot their session. We went to a friends restaurant, a downtown park, a small quiet cove with a great view across Lake Erie, and of course, the place they first laid eyes on each other: the dance floor at the Beer Barrel Saloon.

Emily and Josh

Although the day began with a driving rainstorm, the sun came out during the ceremony, sunbeams came through the skylights over the altar and bathed the bride and groom in sunshine. Couple that moment with the bride shedding a tear or two, and you have the makings of a wonderful ceremony, following by a fun filled reception on the shores of a private lake. Of note as well are the brides brightly colored shoes and her fishing talents as she hooks her groom.

Jennifer and Bryan

The day began with a happy bride, a nervous groom, and a warm sunny day. Their ceremony was held at St. Mary of the Falls Church, followed by a stop at a park in Olmsted Falls for pictures, and then the reception at Sammy's Metropolitan Ballroom.

It was a fun day for all, with much laughter along with a few tears...and yes...as the final photograph shows...after the reception was over...the bridal party did indeed go bowling.
